Mr. B.S. Sudhakara Rao is the Senior Consultant of SEE and Employee Assistance Cell (EAC). His qualifications include a Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master's Degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance, and A.I.Sc (Master's Degree in Information Science).

Mr. Rao's expertise is mainly in the area of Information Processing, Pollution Control and Environment Management. His important accomplishment has been in developing and organising programmes on these themes. He has also made significant contribution in the areas of training, research and consultancy projects of the Institute.
